Essay

The object of the study is a professional training of future elementary school teachers; the goal of the study is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the model of formation of future teachers' readiness for tolerant education of younger students; the research methods have been used in the research are: an analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, synthesis, generalization, comparison, abstraction, concretization, modeling, questioning, conversation, testing, pedagogical experiment, statistical methods; the novelty is that: theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested in the conditions of the pedagogical college the model of formation of future teachers' readiness for tolerant education of younger students, which is built based on axiological, personality-oriented, competence and situational approaches, which consists of methodological, organizational-activity and outcome blocks and provides for the introduction of a system of professional-oriented situations and is implemented under pedagogical conditions (pedagogical consensus on the orientation towards tolerant education of younger students; reflection of ideas of tolerant education in the content of the discipline; implementation of contextual education and solving of professional-oriented situations); defined the essence of the concept of "readiness of future teachers to tolerate education of younger students"; clarified the concept of "preparing future teachers for tolerant education of younger students"; the content of the process of forming the readiness of future teachers to tolerate upbringing of younger students has been improved, in particular, its general pedagogical and didactic-methodological components in the context of the problem of the study.
