Object: training of future preschool teachers; purpose – theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the model of formation of professional and communicative culture of future educators of preschool educational institutions; methods: analysis of scientific literature; synthesis, generalization; comparison, abstraction and concretization; modeling; diagnostic (questionnaire, testing); pedagogical experiment; statistical methods; novelty: the model of professional and communicative culture formation of future educators of preschool educational institutions is theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested, which consists of conceptual, content-procedural and evaluation blocks, is realized due to creation of pedagogical conditions (providing stable motivation for self-actualization of professional-communicative culture; organization; acmeological influence and support in the process of professional and communicative culture formation, immersion in active independent activity of acquiring personal professional and communication experience during vocational training by future teachers); ensures the formation of applicants for professional and communicative culture and provides for the introduction of appropriate educational and methodological support (content, forms of organization of the educational process, teaching methods); the essence of the concept “professional and communicative culture of future educators of preschool educational institutions” is defined; the criteria and indicators of professional-communicative culture formation of future educators of preschool educational institutions are specified; the content of professional training of future educators of preschool educational institutions, aimed at the formation of their professional and communicative culture, is improved.
