Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of ways to reduce the frequency of thromboembolic complications in women undergoing hysterectomy for uterine cancer. The possibility and expediency of using the method of low-frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography for dynamic diagnostic studies of the kinetic properties of the blood coagulation system has been proved. The kinetics of thrombosis were monitored in real time for 60 minutes, which revealed abnormalities in the hemostasis system in patients with cancer of the uterine body. In order to establish the validity of low-frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography as a method of monitoring blood clotting in patients with uterine cancer, a correlation analysis of low-frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography with a laboratory test method (coagulogram), which became the basis for further application of this method in research. An "ischemic test" of the upper extremity has been proposed, which for the first time in patients with uterine cancer allowed to assess the reserve capacity of vascular-platelet, coagulation and fibrinolytic components of hemostasis. Developed and implemented practical recommendations for the diagnosis, prevention and comprehensive scheme of correction of disorders of the hemostasis system, which reduced the incidence of thromboembolic complications in patients with uterine cancer at the stages of surgical treatment, which is a significant reduction in thromboembolic complications (from 2.27% - in persons 1 of the experimental group against 9.09% - in persons of group 2; p <0.05).
