Tyaglo N. Training of teachers in the system of postgraduate education for the organization of research activities of students

The object of research: the process of postgraduate teacher education. The purpose of the study is the scientific justification of a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the successful preparation of teachers in the system of postgraduate education for the organization of research activities of students. The subject of research: theoretical provisions, author's scientific and methodological developments and study conclusions create the basis for improving the postgraduate education of teachers. The results of research: a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions has been developed and tested to ensure the effectiveness of the formative impact: 1) directing the content of postgraduate pedagogical education to teachers awareness of the essence of students' research activities, methods of its organization and support, their skills in research methods; 2) formation of personal experience of research activity of teachers; 3) creation of an enriched research environment in the educational institution. Certain organizational and pedagogical conditions that have been introduced in the process of professional development of teachers are based on: special course «Fundamentals of the organization of research activities of students», developed on the principles of research education; training work; a new approach to writing term papers, which involved the introduction of a reflective diary and various forms of presentation; electronic resources; professional scientific holidays; master classes; mini-research projects made in groups; scientific and methodical measures, etc. The sphere of usage: the research results are embedded in the educational process of institutes of postgraduate teacher education.
