Koretskyi Y. State regulation of safety in emergency situations.

Object of research: state regulation of state security. Purpose: substantiation of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving state regulation to ensure state security in emergencies of a natural and man-made nature. Methods: a systematic approach, the author used a number of scientific methods, in particular: a hypothetical-deductive method of forming the methodology of dissertation research, deductive proof of the proposed research hypothesis, structural-functional analysis, a number of comparative methods, a statistical method, a predictive method, a theoretical-conceptual method. Results: the theoretical foundations were scientifically substantiated and practical recommendations were developed for improving state regulation to ensure state security in emergency situations of a natural and man-made nature. Novelty: substantiated strategic directions of state regulation to ensure state security in emergencies of natural and man-made nature; improved approaches to the legal mechanism of state regulation in the event of emergency situations to ensure state security; the directions of development of the local self-government system were improved when introducing the legal mechanism of state regulation in the field of ensuring state security; the theoretical, organizational and regulatory framework of state security was further developed to prevent the negative impact of emergencies and their consequences on the environment and public health; received further development of systematization of foreign experience of state regulation in ensuring state security in emergency situations. Introduced into the activity: by the Office of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations in the Zhytomyr Region, the Rivne Regional State Administration. Fields of application: state administration bodies, local authorities and self-government bodies, public organizations.
