Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of training of future junior specialists in law by means of interactive technologies. The state of development of the problem of training of future junior specialists in law in psychological and pedagogical theory and in practice have been studied and analyzed. The essence of professional competence as a personal formation that defines the readiness of personality for performance of professional activity taking into account specific features has been revealed, the components, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the studied quality have been determined. It has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked the pedagogical conditions that positively influence at the formation of professional competence of future junior specialists-lawyers (immersing students in a professionally oriented motivational environment through the use of interactive technologies; interdisciplinary integration of professional and practical cycle disciplines by means of using interactive forms and methods of study; practically oriented direction of training of future junior specialists in law in colleges; activation of individualized self-educational activities of students by means of interactive technologies) and the methods of their realization. It has been developed the program of formation of professional competence of future junior specialist in law by means of interactive studying during the study of the disciplines «Criminal Law», «Civil Law», «Registry (Law Clinic)», «Constitutional Law of Ukraine», which includes: purpose, stages of formation of competence of future junior specialists in law by means of interactive technologies (adaptation, formation, manifestation, actualization, individualization), forms (lectures, seminars, practical classes, facultative, business games, project activity, clinical practice, roundtable, legal concilium), methods (discussions, demonstrations, heuristic questions, contextual learning method, problem situations method, method of research, clinical education method, «brainstorming», situational analysis, analysis of incoming documentation, modeling), techniques (discussing videos, creating tables and charts, discussing thoughts, fixing key positions and ideas), means (visual, audio, audio-visual, verbal, graphic), individual work (preparation of portfolios and cases). Realization of pedagogical conditions and the structural-functional model of training of future junior specialists in law by means of interactive technologies was based on the selection of forms and methods of teaching based on the principles of «from simple to complex», «from theorization to practical orientation», «from single to general».
