The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to a scientific problem that is manifested in the development of a methodology for investigating interference in the activities of a forensic expert. It has been noted noted that the research of interference in the activities of a forensic expert is a prerequisite for the development of recommendations for timely detection and effective investigation.
