The dissertation theoretically substantiates, develops and experimentally verifies the technology of organization of recreational and recreational activity of elderly women in the conditions of sanatorium and resort complexes. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the technology of organization of recreational and recreational activities of elderly women in the conditions of the sanatorium-resort complex, to determine its content and identify the conditions for optimal functioning and realization These include: increased motor activity, decreased aging, improved emotional state, improved living standards, improving life satisfaction, improving cognitive function, improving social and psychological adaptation.
