Kucheriavyi O. Formation and development of allelopathy in Ukraine: agricultural aspect (second half of XX – beginning of XXI century).

The dissertation is a complex scientific and historical research in which, on the basis of the use of a versatile source base and methodological approaches, the analysis of the development of scientific bases of domestic allelopathy as one of the components of agricultural research case is provided. The historical features of the formation and development of scientific thought on the problem of research are determined. The contribution of research institutions, higher education institutions and individuals to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical implementation of agricultural allelopathy in Ukraine has been clarified. The main range of studies on allelopathy is highlighted and summarized. The scientific contribution of the sponsor of domestic allelopathy A.M. Grodzinsky and its scientific school for further studies of allelopathic features in different types of phytocenosis.
