The dissertation research has solved the scientific and practical problem of forming the level of ecological safety of recreational areas within the object of the nature reserve fund. on establishment of peculiarities of formation of ecological danger of urban areas under the influence of technogenic-transformed precipitation.
In the dissertation the conceptual approach to the main components that determine the level of ecological safety of the recreational territories of the territories of the PFP of the Carpathian region is substantiated. New methodological approaches of surface water treatment of soils that have undergone anthropogenic loading, including and from excess recreational load. The description of the experimental plant for the production of fuel granules by the extrusion method is described, the purification structure «ViKa.
The estimation of surface water, soil and atmospheric air of the main objects of recreation on the basis of monitoring of hygienic and microbiological indicators is shown. The "protected" zone of the Vizhnytsky National Nature Park (NPP). There is also an increase in the coli index on average in river water samples sampled in the NPP recreation area.
Violations of sanitary-hygienic and microbiological balance of soils, river network of recreational areas of NPPs due to erosion and landslides, management of forestry and animal husbandry in the adjacent territories in the area of traditional economic landscapes were revealed. The necessity of greening of economic activity around protected areas by creation of buffer zones has been proved.
It is revealed that the natural and semi-natural environment of the protected area and recreation zones is characterized by the increased content of light air ions in comparison with the economic zone of the NPP. The close relationship between the level of pollution of the hydrosphere, soil and the environmental state of the air is traced.
It is shown that the studied hygiene and microbiological indicators of the ectotope are reliable indicators of ecological safety and reflect the balance of development of the protected site.
Systems of engineering, technical and management solutions have been proposed to expand recreational services and reduce potential hazards and risks.
Engineering measures have been developed (the use of the ViCa design, the production of fuel pellets and briquettes) to reduce pollution of the hydro-ecosystem and soil and minimize environmental hazards in the protected area.
Among the proposed organizational and management decisions aimed at improving the environmental safety of the Carpathian region's PPF recreation facilities: expanding the area and delimiting the protected areas; development of proposal for local self-government bodies on the formation of NPP territory on the watershed principle; Involvement of scientists from universities of the region and public environmental organizations in the issues of environmental management in protected areas; expanding the scope of environmental services (including recreational ones) to the local population; development of recreation taking into account anthropogenic load; active involvement of funds from international grant programs in strengthening the structure and material support of NPPs.
On the basis of the conducted researches and taking into account the principles of ecological safety, a program of sustainable development of recreational areas for the national natural parks "Vizhnitsky" and "Cheremosky" was developed and implemented.
