Essay

The process of training future social workers in higher education institutions is the research object. The research aim is to determine, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of pedagogical culture of future social workers, by introducing an acmeological approach to the educational process. The research methods: system-structural analysis, modeling, analysis, generalization, design, abstraction, classification, observation, study of advanced pedagogical experience, surveys, testing, questionnaires, group discussions, comparisons, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of pedagogical culture of future social workers on the basis of acmeological approach (improvement of subjectivity as a means of self-development of future social worker; active use of interactive teaching methods in education; self-improvement through the use of creative tasks and pedagogical situations; development of personal qualities and pedagogical reflection, through the introduction of training technologies); developed a structural model that covers the target-conceptual (social order, purpose, task); theoretical and methodological (professiogram, approaches, principles); content-technological (stages and educational technologies); procedural-organizational (organizational-pedagogical conditions, methods, forms, means; evaluation-effective (components, criteria, levels and result) blocks. The content and structure of pedagogical culture of future social workers on the basis of acmeological approach, represented by motivational-value, cognitive-axiological, conative-activity, reflexive-personal components are improved, criteria, indicators and levels (low, average, high) of its form are defined. The content of the concept "pedagogical culture of future social workers" is specified; the peculiarities of its formation on the basis of the acmeological approach are established. Theoretical and practical bases of introduction of the acmeological approach in professional training of future social workers have been further developed.
