Essay

The professional training of future pharmacists in the system "college - medical academy" is the research object. The research aim is to theoretically substantiate the conceptual theses and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions, structural and functional model of the continuity of future pharmacists training in the system "college - medical academy" on the basis of competence and acmeological approaches. The research methods: multicriteria analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, comparison, pedagogical observation, interviews, questionnaires, surveys, testing, self-assessment, forecasting, expert assessments, pedagogical modeling, methods of mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment. For the first time the pedagogical conditions of continuity of professional training of future pharmacists in the system "college - medical academy" (increase of cognitive activity of future pharmacists; use of a complex of active forms and methods of training directed on deepening and systematization of knowledge in the field of pharmacy; the development of practice-oriented environment for practical skills improvement; stimulation of future pharmacists personal and professional development); the structural and functional model of this process, which covers the target, theoretical-methodological, content-procedural and control-evaluation blocks has been developed. The essence and structure of future pharmasists’ readiness for professional activity on the basis of acmeological and competence approaches, represented by motivational-value, cognitive-cognitive, conative-activity, personality-reflexive components are improved, criteria (motivational, cognitive-developmental, activity) and levels (low, medium, sufficient, high) of its formation are defined. The content of the concept "continuity of professional training of future pharmacists" is specified and its content in the system "college - medical academy" is established. Theoretical, methodical and practical theses of ideas of acmeological and competence approaches introduction into the process of future pharmacists professional training continuity in system "college - medical academy" organization have received further development.
