Kubatko A. Formation of a health culture of future specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training

The object of research is the process of professional preparation of future specialists in economic specialties. The purpose of the study is to substantiate theoretically, develop and test the model of formation of a health culture of future specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: for the first time the model of formation of a health culture of future specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training was developed, substantiated theoretically and tested experimentally as an open dynamic system that includes analytical and methodological (social order, purpose, tasks, approaches, principles), organizational (pedagogical conditions, content, forms, methods and means) and effective (components, criteria, indicators, levels, results) blocks; criteria (axiological, epistemological-activity and behavioral), indicators (motivation for a healthy lifestyle; awareness in the field of health culture; the ability to assess health; fitness skills; emotional and volitional regulation; the desire for self-development) are developed, according to them the levels (passive, elementary, basic, high) of the formation of a health culture of specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training are characterized; pedagogical conditions of formation of a health culture of specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training are determined (formation of values to one's own health through consideration of biological (genetic), physical (external environment), social (environment, living conditions, professional activity) and individual (bad habits, nutrition, personal hygiene, physical activity, work and rest, etc.) factors; development of skills to overcome the negative effects on health in the professional sphere (stressful situations, mental fatigue, fatigue, low physical activity, etc.); promoting reflection, self-control and self-assessment of health culture); the concept of " a health culture of specialists in economic specialties " and "formation of a health culture of specialists in economic specialties in the process of applied physical training" are specified.
