The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of training teachers of economic disciplines to use modern pedagogical technologies. In the thesis, based on the generalization of scholars’ ideas, the pedagogical technology is considered as a process of creating and implementing a scientifically grounded set of pedagogical actions, operations and procedures which is adequate to the needs and capabilities of the individual and society, which is guaranteed to ensure the effective realization of the projected result aimed at socialization, personal and professional development and human self-development due to the teacher’s professional orderly actions, optimal resources and efforts of all the participants of the educational process; pedagogical technology is as a system of scientifically grounded actions and interactions of elements of the educational process, the implementation of which guarantees the achievement of learning goals.
