Chernukha T. Complementarity of Higher Education System Development in the Conditions of Economic Globalization

Object of the study: the process of transformation of institutional structures of higher education systems in the world in the context of economic globalization. Objective: to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the study of institutional architecture of higher education systems as an element of the national economic system, Methods: dialectical, historical, statistical data analysis; comparative analysis; structural; functional; structural and functional; systemic; evolutionary; economic analogy; ethnometric. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: the complementary principles of interaction of key institutional elements of the higher education system within the hierarchy of bases of institutional architecture of social and economic systems are substantiated; methodological bases of research of influence of value orientations of national cultures of management on formation of specificity of institutional structure of systems of higher education, theoretical substantiation of a role of systems of higher education as the tool of integration of the countries of the world to the capitalist world system in the conditions of globalization are improved; the theoretical substantiation of the contradictory nature of the formation of institutions of industrial relations in the higher school system, the disclosure of the contradictory nature of the modern development of higher education content, the characteristics of the key features of the institutional structure of the national higher education system in Ukraine were further developed. Practical significance: in the analysis of the processes of transformation of the institutional foundations of the higher education system in Ukraine in scientific institutions; in the work of public authorities, local communities, higher education institutions.
