Nikitenko A. Psychological readiness of mobilized persons for military service

The peculiarities of psychological readiness of mobilized persons for military service have been grounded in the dissertation paper. The main categorial and notional outlines of psychological readiness phenomenon have been concretized and the conceptual positions concerning the studying the psychological readiness of a personality for activity have been reviewed. The theoretical model of psychological readiness of mobilized persons for military service is proposed and empirically verified, which takes into account two factors (external and internal) and includes the following components: “relations with the family”, “relations with colleagues”, “attitude to work” (the components of external factor of psychological readiness); emotional and volitional, motivational, dispositional, behavioural, cognitive-prognostic, cognitive and reflexive (the components of internal factor of psychological readiness). The peculiarities of interrelation between external and internal factors in the structural and functional organization of psychological readiness of mobilized persons for military service have been empirically explicated. The differences in formation levels of the components of psychological readiness of mobilized persons with different military service experience have been researched. The program of social and psychological training has been developed and implemented, which is aimed at increasing the psychological readiness of mobilized persons through the formation of psychological stability of servicemen, their self-regulation and development of motivational and instrumental resources.
