The research is devoted to the problem of preparing future educators of preschool institutions for the use of media information in professional activities. The pedagogical conditions of preparation of future educators of preschool institutions for the use of media information in professional activity are singled out and substantiated in the work. The model of the specified process is developed. The components, criteria and levels of readiness of future educators of preschool institutions for the use of media information in professional activities are specified. The essence of the concepts «media technologies», «media literacy», «media education», «media environment of higher education institution», «readiness of future educators to use media information in professional activities» is specified. The semantic component of professional training of educators for the use of media information in professional activities is improved. Provisions on the use of methodological approaches and general didactic principles in the professional training of future educators of preschool education institutions are developed.
