The scientific work is devoted to the determination of the functional state of the hemostasis system in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities based on the study of vascular-platelet, coagulation components and fibrinolysis and their disorders using low-frequency vibration piezoelectric thromboembolism It is determined that before surgery and treatment in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis on the background of activation of the vascular-platelet link of hemostasis there is a significant structural and chronometric hypercoagulation and inhibition of fibrinolytic activity of the blood. It is established that the proposed comprehensive scheme of correction of the hemostasis system of rivaroxaban with pentoxifylline in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities reduces the severity of the disease, the number of thromboembolic complications in the postoperative period and hospital stay. The safety of the proposed method is confirmed. Practical recommendations for diagnosis, prevention and complex correction of thromboembolic complications in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the vessels of the lower extremities at different stages of surgical treatment have been developed and implemented.
