Essay

The theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature rergarding the world experience of providing the health care system with medical staff showed that the important problem is an imperfect and unreliable training system, in particular , training of managers. The above-mentioned negative trends that need the solution are also typical for Ukraine, that is why, the dissertation research is devoted to the problems of forming the legal competence of future health managers in the system of professional training in the process of the reformation of the healthcare branch of Ukraine.
