Lukina N. The psychological peculiarities of the target orientation of the perfectionist personalities

The psychological features of the target orientation of the perfect personality are substantiated and empirically investigated. A theoretical model of the relationship between perfectionism and target orientation is proposed, which shows the causes of indicators of perfectionism, which can be expressed in constructive or destructive form through components (emotional, cognitive, behavioral), position (egocentric, rational, altruistic) and depending on factors that contribute to the development of targeted personality. It is empirically established that the perfect personality is characterized by both positive and negative factors in the structure of the target personality. Developed, adapted and tested the effectiveness of the training program, which aims to reduce destructive perfectionism and correct the target.
