Essay

Thesis for the degree of a Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, specialty 06.01.11 – phytopathology. – Kharkiv national agrarian university named after V.V.Dokuchaiev, Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, Kharkiv, 2020. In the dissertation solved the actual problem of prognostic modeling of the development of fungal diseases of oat and optimization of their effective control taking into account ecological safety in the Right-bank Forest Steppe of Ukraine. Determined that varietal features of oat sowing (filmyness and nakedness) influence the formation of the structure of phytopathocenosis. Dominant diseases of filmy oat powdery mildew (specific share of 28,8%); common root rot (19,9%); red-brown spotting (17,7%); septoriosis (16,8%). The phytopathocenosis of naked oat is dominated by powdery mildew (33,6%) and red-brown spotting (25,7%). It proved that formalized regression models of the dependence of disease on abiotic factors (r 0,50 - 0,92) can be used for rapid prognosis of phytoinfection. Determined the level of infection of oat grains with pathogens of fungal etiology; the level of influence of pre-sowing disinfection of seeds on the sowing quality of seeds and the dynamics of disease development during the growing season of the crop. Determined technical and economic efficiency of the use of chemical and biological preparations for different methods of their application, respectively: technical efficiency of the protectants up to 76,7% and 67,2%; of fungicides for double spraying of crops up to 77,4% and 73,2%. Saved yield is 0,56 – 1,27 t/ha. The integrated degree of danger studied chemical pesticides ecolodgical moderately (Dd 4 - 5) and low-risk compounds (Dd 6), a specific ecolodgical risk of the use of study chemical pesticides and different combinations of low-risk does not exceed the limit (AETI <1).
