Essay

The dissertation shows the results of theoretical and experimental research of professional self - determination of rural school graduates. The main scientific positions of foreign and local scientists on the problem of professional self – determination and development of high school students were analyzed. The essence of the studied education, its structural components (cognitive, emotional-value, approximate-behavioral) were theoretically determined. The criteria (completeness of ideas about oneself, about the world of professions; value attitude to the choice of profession; designing one's own professional future) of their development were substantiated; professional self-determination and development indicators and levels (high, average, low) of rural school graduates were singled out; a comparative empirical analysis of the peculiarities of the formation of structural components of rural and urban graduates professional self-determination was prepared and determined the specifics of this process in graduates of rural schools. A theoretical model of psychological support for rural school graduates to increase the effectiveness of their professional self-determination has been developed and its effectiveness has been proven.
