Hlazova A. Virtualization of the global financial market in terms of globalization

Object of study: processes of the global financial market transformation caused by the influence of information and communication technologies. Aim: development of theoretical and methodological bases of study of the world financial market virtualization in terms of globalization and reasoning the directions of its transformation under the influence of processes of virtualization. Methods: method of theoretical generalization, historical and logical methods, methods of analysis, synthesis, functional and structural analysis, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, statistical, economic and mathematical methods, system approach. Scientific novelty: the structuring of global financial market virtualization processes by primary and secondary forms is substantiated; the theoretical bases of the world stock market research are improved taking into account the directions of influence of digitalization on it, namely positive and negative virtualization of the stock market is allocated; the conceptual approaches to the study of the world banking sector are improved by defining the virtualization of the world banking system as a complex transformation in form and content; current features and patterns of global derivatives market development in terms of finances virtualization are identified; strategic priorities of transformation of the world monetary and financial system are defined taking into account a role of cryptocurrencies in countries’ monetary and financial systems; the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the global financial market research is developed by means of definition of the categories "finance" and “virtualized global financial system”. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the Subcommittee on International Economic Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, the Union of Entrepreneurs of Small, Medium and Privatized Enterprises of Ukraine, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, LLC “NT-Distribution” (Kyiv); in the educational process of the National Aviation University and Kyiv International University.
