Essay

Object of study: the process of transformation of the world economy labor supply in the context of globalization. Aim: improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of the world economy labor supply research and development of scientific and practical recommendations on regulation of the international labor market in the context of labor supply system transformation in terms of globalization. Methods: dialectical method, methods of theoretical generalization, causal relations and systematization, comparative analysis, method of economic and mathematical forecasting. Scientific novelty: the definition of the concept of the economy labor supply is given and the task of studying the world economy in terms of globalization in the context of labor supply is raised; the hypothesis of qualitative restructuring of the mechanism of the world economy labor supply at the stage of globalization is put forward and confirmed; a structural scheme of organizational and economic support of the world economy labor supply transformation is developed; the semantic-conceptual apparatus of the study of globalization is developed by means of the substantiation of its essence as a state and as a process; the necessity of development of a new paradigm of the countries’ labor markets regulation is substantiated. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the Department of International Cooperation, European Integration, Tourism and Investment and the Department of Resource Provision of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, Mariupol City Employment Center, Stirolbiopharm LLC (Kyiv), Pamibro LLC (Broshniv-Osada township, Ivano-Frankivsk region), Firma Nadiya LLC (Ivano-Frankivsk), Kolyar LLC (Ivano-Frankivsk); in the educational process of the Mariupol State University, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the Institute of Personnel Training of the State Employment Service of Ukraine (Kyiv).
