The dissertation is devoted to creation of the normative base of processing modes of different thermobarrier layers for ensuring the qualitative characteristics of the sprayed thermobarrier coating on the basis of zirconium oxide during grinding by elbor wheels. For the first time installed: temperature-force dependences during grinding of thermobarrier coatings of zirconium oxide and zirconium oxide stabilized with yttrium oxide; regularities of change of the residual stresses in the surface layer of the thermobarrier coating and at the interface of the thermobarrier coating - protected metal; temperature-force dependences and regularities of change of residual stresses at processing of thermobarrier layer on a metal substrate; Wear of the Elbor circle when grinding thermobarrier coatings, which is an additional contribution to the study of the subject of Elbor grinding.
