It is exposed that the vector’s error of management except for a systematic constituent contains a vector’s error, which arises up through the errors of move of helm, and also vector’s error, that arises up through the errors of moments of time of beginning of turn. Two procedures of estimation of safety of navigation are resulted, in which probability of the safe wiring of ship on the set compressed route is description of safety. For estimation of probability of the safe wiring of ship the first procedure uses the closeness of distributing of vector’s trajectory error and current fragment of safe region of sailing. Simpler estimation of probability of the safe wiring of ship of the second is conducted by procedure which uses probability distribution of lateral deviation of ship in relation to the programmatic trajectory of motion. In work communication of closeness of error of lateral declination is also considered from a vector’s trajectory error by a closeness and the collected analytical dependence of error of lateral deviation from a vector’s trajectory error which allowed to find expression for the closeness of error of lateral declination, coming the closeness of vector’s trajectory error from in the case of normal law of distributing of errors of the navigation measuring. It is resulted formalization of scopes of safe region of sailing of ship and shown procedure of estimation of probability of safe turn of ship at known closeness of distributing of vector’s trajectory error. For operative estimation of safety of sailing of ship it is suggested to use the electronic chart of district of sailing, which the field of exactness, which can marked or be without marking, is inflicted on. After the prognosis of turn on an electronic chart the bar of motion of ship is inflicted, the width of which is determined possible trajectory by the error of turn. The information integrated thus allows choosing the safe route of sailing.
