Essay

Based on the obtained experimental data, it was established that the intensity of alterative processes in the liver parenchyma in simulated obstructive jaundice of different duration was the proportion of damaged hepatocytes after recanalization of the bile duct. Biochemical study of the dynamics of the functional state of the liver showed that changes in lipid bile formation and bile secretion after recanalization of the common bile duct depends on the duration of obstructive cholestasis. Assessment of the specificity and sensitivity of clinical symptoms allowed to distinguish the following clinical forms of cholecystocholedocholithiasis: jaundice (79.0 % of cases), intermittent (10.0 %), jaundice (asymptomatic) (5.5 %), atypical (5.5 %). Low specificity and sensitivity of symptoms in atypical and asymptomatic forms of cholecystocholedocholithiasis were revealed. Only magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography with 100% sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy verifies concretions in the common bile duct in atypical and asymptomatic forms of choledocholithiasis.
