Essay

The study focuses on the training of future primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with the heterogeneous groups of students. The elaboration of the problem of future primary school teachers’ training for pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students has been analyzed. The essence of the phenomenon of heterogeneity in the educational sphere is clarified, the concepts of «heterogeneous group of students» and «pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students» are defined. The current state of readiness of future primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students is analysed and its multi-component structure (axiological, cognitive, communicative and prognostic components); criteria (motivational-value, information-cognitive, personal-communication and reflexive-activity); indicators and levels of formation (low, medium and high) are justified. The effectiveness of a training model of future primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students and the pedagogical conditions (modernization of practical and scientific research components while carrying out the future primary school teachers pedagogical practice; content intensification of the future teachers of primary school preparation through optional educational discipline “Pedagogy of Diversity” integration and professional disciplines problem study; innovative educational technologies integration into a process of the future primary school teachers preparation for a pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students). The pilot programme has been developed, efficiency of model and experimental pedagogical conditions is proved, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results is carried out and prospects for further scientific research on the problem are defined. The main results of the research are introduced into the higher education process. The results of the study confirm the predictability of the hypothesis formed at the beginning of the study as for the training the readiness of the future primary school teachers for pedagogical interaction with heterogeneous groups of students in the process of studying the basics of pedagogy of heterogeneity.
