The purpose of the study: to identify, theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the worldview culture of future nurses by means of implementing a deontological approach According to the purpose the following tasks of research are formulated: to carry out the analytical review of scientific and pedagogical and philosophical and cultural researches of the researched problem and to find out the essential characteristic of the basic concepts of research;to reveal the peculiarities of the formation of the worldview culture of future nurses by means of realization of the deontological approach; identify the components, criteria, indicators and characterize the levels of formation of the worldview culture of future nurses; identify and theoretically substantiate the structural and functional model of formation of the worldview culture of future nurses by means of deontological approach and pedagogical conditions of its implementation; experimentally test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and the effectiveness of the structural and functional model of the formation of the worldview culture of future nurses by means of implementing the deontological approach.The object of research is the worldview culture of future nurses in the process of studying at the medical college. The subject of research - pedagogical conditions of formation of worldview culture of future nurses by means of realization of the deontological approach.Research methods: theoretical, empirical, statistical. Practical significance of the results: the author's structural-functional model of formation of worldview culture of future nurses by means of realization of deontological approach and pedagogical conditions of its realization is introduced in educational process of medical colleges; introduced in the educational process semantically and procedurally improved training courses, namely: "General patient care and manipulation techniques","Fundamentals of Nursing" and "Medical Ethics and Deontology in Nursing"; Appropriate training and methodological support has been developed (textbook "General patient care and medical manipulation techniques", guidelines for classes in the disciplines "Medical ethics and deontology in nursing" and "Patient care and medical manipulation techniques".
