Voitko A. Criminalistic characteristics and investigation of the group violation of the public order

The thesis outlines the theoretical provisions and scientifically substantiates the recommendations for solving the problematic aspects of the pre-trial investigation of a group violation of public order. The peculiarities of conducting individual investigative (investigative) actions during the investigation of these crimes are considered. The degree of scientific development of the mentioned problems is investigated, the scientific works of scientists who have become the theoretical basis of the dissertation research are analyzed. The condition, structure and dynamics of group disturbance of public order, criminological characteristics of this type of crimes, as well as the main reasons and conditions influencing their commissioning are determined. Typical investigative situations have been identified and separate action algorithms have been proposed for staff members of pre-trial investigation units.
