The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of influence of quantitative and qualitative innovative parameters on transformation of the global financial market. The work reveals the theoretical foundations of the global financial market, depicts the evolution of financial globalization concepts through the strengthening of the influence of innovation factors, identifies the main components of innovative transformation of the global market and substantiates key global trends in high-tech financial services. Considerable attention has been paid to the content of global financial transformation, which characterizes the innovation of fintech, that takes into account external, network and internal organizations.The innovative prospects of global financial innovation have been assessed. The dynamics of popularity of startups and blockchain in the world has been presented and innovative tendencies for introduction of practices like startups in the banking industry have been outlined. The role of financial innovations in the functioning of the financial system has been determined. The evolution of financial innovations has been studied and their classification criteria in the relationship between the financial system and financial innovations have been singled out. A matrix of financial innovations has been formed, which takes into account subversive, supportive, radical and gradual innovations, each of which is not independent, but evolves and develops itself, as well as influences other models. It has been shown that the use of information and communication technologies does not eliminate the problem of information asymmetry in financial services, which, in turn, requires licensing of financial institutions and regulatory supervision. The concept of forecasting in risk management to ensure the liquidity of the market of innovative financial instruments in Ukraine has been proposed.
