The object of research is the psychological security of the individual. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the psychological security resources of servicemen. The purpose of the research: to establish theoretically - empirically the features of psychological security resources in servicemen and conscripts. Research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, generalization, systematization of scientific literature on the study of resources of psychological security of the individual; empirical. The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation research is that for the first time the internal and external resources of psychological security of servicemen and conscripts were studied; established resources of resilience, which are activated when feeling the psychological danger of servicemen (optimism, resilience, social support, experience); the representations of time of servicemen in which time (life) acts as a non-renewable resource are investigated; the advantages of the resource of experience over the resource of the future for servicemen and vice versa for conscripts are shown; discrepancies in the predictors of resources that are activated when there is a sense of psychological danger in conscripts and servicemen; it is specified that: time perspectives The future and the Positive past are resources of psychological safety; high-level aggression is not a resource for servicemen; unrealistically positive outlook on the future is a reserve resource for half of the military; reduced resilience of servicemen affects psychological security; received further development: views on the peculiarities of individual age identification and the peculiarities of the life values ​​of servicemen, focused on their own prestige, high financial status. The practical significance of the obtained results. The results of the study can be used by psychologists of recruitment and social support centers in diagnostic and psychocorrectional work with conscripts and servicemen, in the activities of psychological services and psychological assistance centers that provide psychological services to overcome difficult life situations, and in the process of training psychologists working in various branches of psychology (extreme, age, military, health psychology).
