The transformational processes inherent in modern China go beyond the socio-political continuum of the state and spread political leadership of China to other countries, thus trying to find new potential opportunities for development. It is proved that one of these potentials is the China-African relations, which, through the practical realization of the model components of a relapse transition with elements of organic modernization, are able to diversify political and economic contacts of China, to differentiate its activity among the international and regional integrational entities, and to promote the establishment of strategic relations and models of strategic partnership with the countries that satisfy China’s interests. The widespread use of the development theories of China-Africa relations allowed to achieve in the dissertation exceptionally progressive results in determining the degree of interdependence and interconnections between the various elements of the structure of China's foreign policy towards Africa. The idea that economic, trade, financial, and investment resources remain the defining direction of foreign policy is proved.
