Nekhaienko S. Development of professional competence of moral and psychological support organizers of moral and psychological support structures officers at the operational and tactical stage of preparation

The essence of the concept of "professional competence of the organizers of MPS" as their professionally important education in the form of professional training, ability and willingness to optimally perform their functional duties, creative approach to the organization of their military-professional and professional activities due to their positive attitude and inclination to it, military-professional and professional knowledge, skills, abilities, abilities, mastered methods, methods, techniques, technologies and means of military-professional and professional activities, as well as professionally important qualities. The value-motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive, praxeological, individual-mental and subjective components of their professional competence are substantiated. The obtained results of the research can be used in the system of officer training in higher educational institutions, as well as for training students of operational and tactical level of training of the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi, officers in higher education institutions of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, MIA and Security Service of Ukraine.
