Kocherha Y. Development of Chemistry teachers’ health saving competence in postgraduate educational institutions

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental research of theory and methods of postgraduate education, in particular the development of Chemistry teachers' health saving competence during taking continuous education courses in postgraduate education. The conducted scientific research has been taken as a basis to give the definition and explanation of the structure of Chemistry teachers' health saving competence. The effectiveness of the elaborated pedagogical conditions to develop Chemistry teachers' health saving competence in postgraduate education institutions has been theoretically grounded and experimentally verified. The results of the pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions and their overall positive influence on the quality of professional development of Chemistry teachers.
