Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the scientific and historical problem of research on the development and activity features of the tractor-building enterprises of the Kharkiv area in the period from the middle of the 1940s to the early 1990s years of the XX century. Tractor construction is the science-intensive production of domestic engineering, which is an accelerator of scientific and technological progress. Therefore, the study of the state of affairs regarding the tractor-building enterprise's development in the Kharkiv region, where a significant number of plants, organizations, and educational institutions of the relevant direction are concentrated, is of not only historical but also practical interest. The work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions to each section, general conclusions, a list of used sources, and appendices.
