Tsybulska O. Forming the readiness of future primary school teachers to educate younger students in the culture of health

The thesis highlights the results of theoretical and experimental study on the development of future primary school teachers’ readiness to cultivate younger pupils’ culture of health promotion. It scientifically justifies the essence and structure of the phenomenon of «future primary school teachers’ readiness to cultivate younger pupils’ culture of health promotion» and specifies such basic concepts as «health», «health promotion activities», «health promotion competence». Besides, the thesis determines and describes the components, criteria, indicators and levels of future primary school teachers’ readiness to cultivate younger pupils’ culture of health promotion. Finally, the thesis presents the author’s model, proves and experimentally verifies the efficiency of pedagogical conditions for developing future primary school teachers’ readiness to cultivate younger pupils’ culture of health promotion.
