Essay

The paper identifies theoretical approaches to the study of formations problems of autopsychological competence of future specialists in information technology and proposes psychological conditions for their development. Motivational, value-semantic, cognitive, reflexive and operational-regulatory components of autopsychological competence of future specialists in information technologies, as well as criteria and indicators of their formations are highlighted. The author investigates levels (high, medium, low), gender-age and educational and professional features of the autopsychological competence of future information technology specialists. The author states that the level of both components and the general level of autopsychological competence in general is an insufficient. The results of the ANOVA revealed gender-age and educational-professional differences in the formations of autopsychological competence of future specialists in information technology. It is shown that the solution of these problems is possible in the process of professional training as a result of specially organized training using psychological conditions aimed at the formations of autopsychological competence and is carried out through next stages: preparatory, diagnostic, developmental and prognostic. The program for formations of autopsychological competence of future specialists in information technologies is substantiated and tested, efficiency of its use in the course of training at the universities is proved.
