Essay

Object of study – regularities of formation of traits in samples of collection nurseries and hybrid populations of F1 – F5 soybeans for the purpose of their use in selection programs. Aim to determine the sources of useful traits among the genetic resources of soybeans, to establish the features of inheritance and variability of quantitative traits that determine productivity; improvement of methods of selection of forms that combine increased productivity and quality of seeds with adaptability to irrigation conditions; improvement of varietal technology of growing innovative soybean varieties. . Methods - general science: analysis and synthesis, the method of reductionism, generalization and systematization. field, laboratory. Results - a working collection of soybean source material by carriers and sources of useful features was formed; features of manifestation of signs of productivity, stability, manufacturability at grades of various groups of maturity are defined; created a new valuable breeding material with a set of adaptive traits, high productivity in irrigation; created soybean varieties of different maturity groups with high adaptability to irrigation conditions; the elements of varietal technology of soybean cultivation under irrigation conditions have been improved. Novelty selection and genetic improved and created new highly adaptable soybean varieties for irrigation conditions. For the first time in the conditions of irrigation of the south of Ukraine the formation and assessment of the collection of modern varieties and soybean samples was carried out, which includes the latest achievements of world selection on the main utilitarian features. The scientific value - on the basis of the established selection laws of the level of manifestation and variability of traits of soybean varieties the efficiency of evaluation and selection of source material for selection and creation of intensive varieties adapted to irrigation conditions is ensured. The established theoretical and practical results of scientific research provided an opportunity to create 7 innovative varieties that are included in the State Register of plant varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine: Diona (very early ripening), Danaya (medium ripening), Aratta (medium early), Apollon (medium early), Sofia (middle-early), Svyatogor (medium-ripe), Monarch (early-ripe).
