Demchenko N. Development of the professional culture of aviation engineers in postgraduate education

The dissertation work is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of developing the professional culture of aviation engineers in postgraduate education. The features of professional training of engineers of the aviation industry in institutions of higher technical and postgraduate education are highlighted; clarified the term “formation of professional culture” and “continuous professional education”; the definition of "professional culture of a modern engineer of the aviation industry" has been formulated. The effectiveness of the structural and functional model of the development of the professional culture of engineers of the aviation industry has been developed and experimentally tested, the backbone of which is a set of scientifically grounded psychological and pedagogical conditions: the formation of the professional and pedagogical culture of teachers of a higher technical institution and instructors of training aviation centers; stimulation of the mechanisms of personal and professional self-development and self-improvement of students and listeners; integration and continuity of the structure and content of vocational training / retraining, taking into account synergistic principles; taking into account andragogical and acmeological peculiarities in the process of training/retraining of students (aviation specialists) in the system of postgraduate education. Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the professional culture of aviation engineers are highlighted.
