Essay

Object of research: establishment of variability regularities, inheritance, adaptive ability, correlation of the morphophysiological and anatomical features and productivity features and determination on this basis of the selection value of the samples and creation of the valuable source material for selection of soft winter wheat. Subject of research: morphophysiological and anatomical peculiarities of the collection genotypes of soft winter wheat of different origin, their use in selection on productivity. Research methods: field, cytological, selection, statistical. Novelty: For the first time in the conditions of the eastern part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine the important scientific task of establishing the selection value of the collection samples of soft winter wheat by a complex of the morphophysiological, anatomical and productivity features and separation and creation on the basis of this valuable source material for selection has been solved. The selection process has been improved by using the method of visualization of the results of the analysis of the main components (biplot analysis) for the identification and selection of the transgressive forms by a set of the features. The scientific provisions on the use of the collection and hybrid material to create the promising lines gained further development: L. 1/2 (2) E, L. 1/23 E, L. 5/25 (2), L. 6 / 20E, L. 7/6 E, L. 7/18 E, L. 15/30 E, L. 29/22 E, L. 31/23 E, L. 35/15 L, L. 37/11 (2) L, L. 18/24 (2) L. Results: On the basis of the established selection and genetic regularities in co-authorship 12 lines have been created and separated, for two of which the certificates of the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine have been received: Line LE 4-530 (the certificate on registration of gene pool of the plants of Ukraine№ 2230, registered under the number of the National Catalog UA0123591; Line LE 4-112 (the certificate on registration of the gene pool of the plants of Ukrainian № 2229, registered under the number of the National Catalog UA0123594). According to the results of the comprehensive assessment, the most valuable samples have been identified, which can be the sources of the morphophysiological, anatomical and productive features. The regularities of inheritance of the features have been established, which ensures the efficient use of the selected sources. Degree of implementation. The results of the experimental research are used in the educational process of Kharkiv National Agrarian University while training the applicants of the educational level “Bachelor of Science” and “Master of Science” in the specialty 201 Agronomy. 12 promising selection lines have been created, for two of which the certificates from the National Centre for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine have been received and included into the program of the selection work at the Department of Genetics, Selection and Seed Production of Kharkiv National Agrarian University named after V.V. Dokuchayev. Scope of implementation: scientific institutions of NAAS, NAS and educational institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
