The thesis is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of treatment of chronic urogenital infections in men, namely chronical abacterial prostatitis of herpesvirus etiology. The features of immune status and benefits of immunocorrective drugs in such patients and the possibility using of mathematical modeling in the research of appeals for medicare, were studied.
When analyzed the data of 150 men who sought medical care in 2008 – 2009 to an outpatient urologist with lesions of the urogenital sphere of herpesvirus etiology, are set that patients prevailed in age 49 from 30 to (61,3%).
The seasonality of the incidence with a maximum in the spring and summer was determined (in 1,52 times in June and 1,6 times in July). Typical complaints - rash, sickliness, dysuria, symptoms of general intoxication. Questioning after a scale IPSS, showed: an easy degree of displays of symptoms is 28 persons (18,7 %), other patients had a middle degree of expressiveness of symptoms (81,3% from general amount of patients that appealed after medicare to the urologist of ambulatory link). For all patients combination of a few zones of defeat was marked. Mostly diagnosed urethritis (64,7%) and prostatitis (48,7%). The manifest form of disease is diagnosed for 82 persons (54,7%), atypical in 53 (35,3%) and subclinical – in 15 persons (10,0%).
The analysis of immunograms of patients with prostatitis of herpetic, cytomegalovi-rus and united etiology educed the presence of violations in process immune system, characteristic for a immunosuppressive process, that became soil for forming of recommendation bout obligatory research of immune status at diagnostics of this disease. Possibilities of application of immunomodulators were studied, namely Cycloferon, recombinant alpha-2b interferon and bendazol in the chart of treatment. A positive effect most considerable at the use of combination all three preparations are got. Comparison was made with the group of control (patients who treated without bringing in of immunomodulators) and with the indexes of the same group to treatment.
Further research of data 150 patients with prostatitis of herpesvirus etiology of men and comparison of the got results with data of control group proved, that annual periodicity of appeal is after medicate with a maximum in a spring summer period, hat it was confirmed by the methods of mathematical analysis, namely by a statistical model as apolynomial of the second degree, select on the terms of self-reactance statistics, and spectral method – periodogram with high correlation (0,85). It was shown that statistical model with the sufficient level of exactness (maximal rejection of 12%) can to help to forecast the percent of appeals after medicare in each of months during a year
