Essay

Readiness is recognized as a comprehensive integrated education, which determines the teacher's ability to tolerant subject-subject interaction on the basis of stable needs and motives for intensifying pedagogical activities, thorough mastery of special and methodological knowledge, ability to develop productive algorithms for future professional activity in the synthesis of established attitudes, innovative organization of the educational process. The structure of readiness includes interrelated and interdependent components: motivational-value - the presence of cognitive interest, value orientations on personality-oriented pedagogical technologies and motivation for professional self-development and self-development; cognitive - possession of a set of knowledge about modern requirements for the results of vocational education in the context of personality-oriented learning technologies; activity - the ability to use in practice personality-oriented pedagogical technologies; reflexive -comprehension of the results introduced into the practice of personality-oriented pedagogical technologies. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development and implementation of methodological recommendations for the development of readiness of teachers of special disciplines to use personality-oriented pedagogical technologies; special course "Personally oriented approach in vocational education" for teachers of special disciplines of vocational schools; virtual system of constant support of teachers of special disciplines during intercourse communication "Center of modern educational technologies"; master classes on designing personality-oriented pedagogical technologies with remote support.
