Shamraliuk O. Development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile in educational (scientific)-methodical centers of vocational education and training

The thesis studies theoretical and methodological bases of development of technological culture of masters of industrial training of the agrarian profile. Technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile is defined as an integrated personal formation, which includes a set of values and motives of pedagogical activity, technological knowledge, abilities, skills of design and implementation of educational process on the basis of modern pedagogical technologies and technologies of agricultural production, professionally important qualities (initiative, creativity, professional mobility, reflectivity, responsibility, sociability) and determines the quality of training of future skilled agricultural workers. The structure of technological culture of masters of industrial training of agrarian profile consists of five interrelated elements: axiological (value attitude to pedagogical work, technological activity, oneself as a subject of such activity, to the student's personality, translation of values to students), motivational (complex of motives, goals, needs, interests, moral and volitional qualities required in the process of transformational activities), cognitive (the amountof scientific and pedagogical, methodological knowledge about forms, methods, tools, technologies of pedagogical activities and professional knowledge about modern agricultural machinery and agricultural production technologies), activity (design, implementation and adjustment of the training and production process), reflexive (awareness, rethinking and transformation of own experience).
