Boichuk O. Formation of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers in the service sector

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers in the service sector. In accordance with the objectives of the study the current state of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers in the service sector has been analyzed and pedagogical conditions have been substantiated - through the author's method of building up of the professional communicative competence of future skilled workers, aimed at developing of positive motivation of students for normative mastery of professional vocabulary; updating the content of social sciences, humanities and professional disciplines in the context of professional training of future skilled workers in the service sector; application of innovative methods in the formation of professional communicative competence. The structural components of professional communicative competence have been determined: motivational, cognitive-normative, pragmatic-discursive, reflexive-prognostic, their content has been specified. According to the components, the criteria and indicators of the formation of professional communicative competence (motivational-value, cognitive, activity, reflexive) have been determined. Levels of formation of professional communicative competence (low, average, high) have been established. The model of formation of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers in the service sector has been developed and experimentally checked and the efficiency of the substantiated author's technique of formation of professional communicative competence of future skilled workers of the sphere of services has been proved. An educational and methodological complex for the formation of professional communicative competence of future hairdressers, photographers and florists has been developed.
