Verniaiev O. Individualization of special training of highly qualified gymnasts in all-around

The dissertation is devoted to grounding and development of technology of building training process for highly qualified gymnasts on the basis of the individualized approach. Modern men’s artistic gymnastics is characterized by the complexity of competitive programs and the perfect mastery of the performers. An important role is assigned for increasing the prestige of artistic gymnastics in the international arena. At the same time, the maximum possible level of development of motor abilities does not always determine the successful implementation of competitive exercises in men’s artistic gymnastic all-around. On the basis of the athletes, finalists in men’s artistic gymnastics all-around (men)’ results, the technology of preparation of highly qualified gymnasts for higher achievements in competitions is grounded; the modern approach to creating competitive composition (on an example of exercises on parallel bars) is presented. The main aspects concerning the preparation of gymnasts of the National Team of Ukraine for the main starts are presented, the construction of the individualized program of gymnasts’ preparation for the XXXI Olympic Games is grounded (on the example of O. Verniaiev, Honored Master of Sports), the structure and content of competitive compositions of the best gymnasts of the world are analyzed.
