Essay

The dissertation scientifically substantiated and evaluated a differentiated approach to assessing the physical fitness in primary school children assigned to different medical groups in the process of physical education on the basis of the morphofunctional indicators and the level of motor skills that should increase the efficiency of organization of physical education process in primary school. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical analysis and generalization of literature data; analysis of documentary materials; physiological research methods; pedagogical research methods; quick health screening technique; school motivation analysis technique; and methods of mathematical statistics. A total of 180 primary school students aged 7-10 including 97 boys and 83 girls belonging to different medical groups were examined. An expert assessment was conducted by 13 physical education teachers.
