Essay

The dissertation solves the scientific task of developing the professional culture of future military doctors by systematizing theoretical approaches to the problem and experimental study of organizational and pedagogical conditions of its development in the system of military medical education. The study and analysis of the problem of development of professional culture of military doctors in pedagogical theory and practice, its structure is specified and the content is supplemented. Analysis of the state of research on the formation and development of professional culture of doctors in pedagogical theory and practice allowed clarifying the nature and structure of professional culture of future military doctors. Based on the theoretical study of researchers, their professional culture is defined as an integrative professionally important formation of a medical professional, which represents a reference idea of medical activity in the military organization of the state in the form of general culture (as a professional), military (as an officer), professional (as doctor) and professional (as a doctor-specialist of narrow specialization) values, ideas, attitudes, traditions, symbols, customs and norms of life, behavior and activities in the military, professional and professional environment as well as professional and special types of competence, medical ethics, culture of professional communication and interpersonal interaction, behavior and activities that determine the effectiveness and quality of medical activities, regulate functional relationships in the medical environment and with other professional groups, tend to development and self-development, improvement and self-improvement in the process of medical activity. The following semantic components of professional culture are substantiated: value-motivational, cognitive, communicative, morally ethical, organizational and activity-orientated, individually mental and subjective.
