Essay

Object of study: the process of transformation of the world labor market in terms of globalization. Aim: improvement of theoretical and methodological bases of the world labor market transformation research and development of scientific and practical recommendations on regulation of the world labor market in terms of globalization. Methods: dialectical method, methods of historical analysis, system analysis, methods of statistical and comparative analysis, methods of forecasting, economic and mathematical modeling. Scientific novelty: the definition of the concept of the world labor market in a broad and narrow sense is given; the necessity of considering the manifestations of globalization in the context of threats as probable manifestations of the end-to-end destruction of the integrity of the world economic area is proved; on the basis of systematization of threats of globalization the conclusion on disintegration of global space in social dimension is made; the hypothesis is put forward and confirmed that the decomposition of international migration policy in the context of targeting different stratification groups of migrants creates the preconditions for the rational use of human resources in the world labor market; the structural scheme of regulation of the world labor market in terms of globalization is developed; the need to develop an international strategy for employment (under the auspices of the ILO) is proved; the necessity of forming a global migration policy (under the auspices of the UN) is substantiated, the means of implementation of which should be an international program on migration management (under the auspices of IOM); the conceptual mechanism of formation of global migration policy is offered. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Mariupol Branch), Donetsk Regional Employment Center (Kramatotsk), Mariupol City Employment Center, LLC "Styrolbiopharm" (Kyiv), LLC "Transpolicom" (Kyiv); in the educational process of the Mariupol State University and the Institute of Personnel Training of the State Employment Service of Ukraine (Kyiv).
