Object of research: technological process of repair of large non-removable parts of turbine units. Subject of research: regularities of machining operations of large non-removable parts of turbines using portable mobile metal-cutting machines of aggregate-modular structures, synthesis of layouts and testing of rational structures of unified units and aggregates to ensure the necessary accuracy parameters. The purpose of the dissertation: to ensure the quality and reduce the complexity of machining operations in the repair of non-dismantled parts of turbines using portable mobile metal-cutting machines of aggregate-modular structures. Research methods: Theoretical research is based on the basic principles of mechanical engineering technology, the theory of shaping and basics of forming the accuracy and quality of machine parts, theories of technological metal cutting equipment, theoretical mechanics, material resistance, theory of mathematical and computer modeling. Scientific novelty: based on a systematic analysis of the patterns of machining operations in the repair of large parts of turbines developed and proposed a new approach to quality assurance and reduce the complexity of processing non-dismantled parts of turbines using portable mobile cutting machines of aggregate-modular structures in the station. Practical results: methods of machining and equipment have been developed that ensure stable quality and reduce the complexity of repairing large non-removable parts at the place of service of the unit. Designs of unified power units and units using pneumatic drive instead of electromechanical, which allow to assemble mobile machines for various technological tasks of machining parts of turbine units in the station, proposed a patent of Ukraine for a utility model №122172. The results of the work were used and put into production at JSC "Turboatom" (Kharkov), "Dnepr-Spets-gidroenergomontazh" (Kiev), "Kanev-SGEM" (Kaniv), "Dneprodzerzhinsk-SGEM" Kamyanske), Svetlovodsk-SGEM, (Svitlovodsk).
